At the Northeast Kingdom Collaborative, we bring people together to spark positive change and build strong, vibrant communities in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom.
It’s been a busy, productive, inspiring year at the Northeast Kingdom Collaborative. Our primary focus has been making progress within our two priority areas: Developing the Next Generation of Local Leaders & Advancing Economic Development at the Intersection of the Creative, Recreation and Food Sectors.
Our two priority area task forces completed their action plans, and 88% of the projects identified are moving forward already.
We hosted events large and small to connect residents and partner organizations around our priority areas and other important topics.
We’ve provided support to more than 15 grant proposals seeking funding close to $2 million for transformative projects in the region.
