Some participants were ready to tell a story, and point out what could be learned from the story.
After a presentation by Mathew Barewicz (Vermont Dept. of Labor) on economic and demographic trends, participants discussed what the data suggested for the Northeast Kingdom.
The next challenge was to consider what needs to take place in order to strengthen the move towards putting a Collective Impact model into place. This chart represents the most common themes from the various sub-groups looking at this question.
A group formed around each identified need, discussing how to move it forward. These are the flip charts from the five groups’ discussions.
